This QR code is for Canva.  Canva is an extremely useful tool for the classroom for creating everything from newsletters and slideshows to QR codes.

This is a QR code for Vocaroo.  You can do a voice recording and turn it into a QR code and print onto a sticker and place inside a book.  I read books for my niece and nephew and created QR codes so they can hear me read the books for them from their ipads.

This is a code for Google Earth. I love to teach Geography to show differences around the globe.  Lately, I've been using it to look at the street design of Barcelona, Spain. I find this website fascinating.

QR codes save time.  We have a new procedure in advising that includes parents completing a form if they attend advising sessions and the students have to agree to it.  It's a process and since our meetings are only 30 minutes long, we are designing a poster with a QR code that will take parents directly to the website instead of me emailing them a link.  They can complete and then students are sent an email to confirm.  I also help with an organization called Sleep in Heavenly Peace. When volunteers are signing in to help, we use QR codes to take them directly to the website instead of the volunteer having to type in the web address which leads to user error.  In my classroom, I will use them in our scavenger hunt across campus.  I enjoy using Canva to create mine.  It's listed in the apps.
